My First Post

Well, I've finally done it.  I started a blog.
I figure that since I plan on being away from family and friends starting in September, I should start getting used to the whole blogging thing before I leave.

So welcome to "I Humbly Proclaim".
I know, not very imaginative of a name is it?
I wanted something that would remind me why I am making a blog: to tell people about all the amazing things that God is doing in my life. To proclaim his goodness, worthiness, kindness, forgiveness... actually that list would take along time to write.  Maybe just come back and see what he's been doing and make the list from that. How does that sound?

Now I'm going to go see what i can do with this thing!
